Click the Stone of MystRealm npc beside the ADC West Teleporter. Chose the first Level 90 option and it will teleport you there. Be sure to have some golds for teleportation fee.

are wine/whine still works?? i had try enter FB in DSP but wine is not work... why?

The Fb 79 at DSP should take wine just fine. It's not the heaven illusion you're looking for but wine should work perfectly as long as you have the right kind of wine.
