cultivation mission problem

hi guys i have a prob....the mission wants me to find the Rocco Man...i found it i have the tool to take it but the icon to take the Rocco man dosent apear like other materials....i can take iron raw,nectar everything just this Rocco man cant take it and dono why pls help me
