Launcher wont start...

After I downloaded the full client I started playing but when I log out then tried to play again, the launcher wont start. When I click start it just change its color for blue to green then after a few seconds it closes. I have already tried reinstalling it for 3 times and tried also manually patching but it just said that I am using same patch. Please help me. Thank you in advance.
