corrupt client folder

Does anyone know how to fix the corrupt client folder problem? whenever i try to apply the 44-46 patch i get this error, i can't verify or update automatically, ive tried everything but nothing will work. If anyone can help i would appreciate it a lot.

Here's a patch guide link for you. http://lmspw.com/guide.php. When downloading use a download manager to avoid file corruption.
