My Stream Chaser dosent fly

I bought it via the item mall. i can equipt it buy it dosent appear. is there some way to get them to work that i dont know about? Also do any flying mounts for wb work?

you need to summon it to fly.
when is equiped, press E , then press fly to summon, and fly again to unsummon.
