Perma-PVP at lvl 30?

Hi, sorry for asking a newb question since I just joined this server, my character is lvl 30 and she became white-named(PK-mode), is there anyway to change back to blue-name(Non-PK) as I don't like to do PVP/PK stuff? Or is this permanent?

What server are you on?
If your on 200x server then you have the option to turn blue named
If your on 1000x server then yes soon as you hit lvl 30 white name is perma
