File missing

Sorry everyone, I know this kind of thread has been made before, but I don't seem to be able to get anything off of the other threads.

1. I installed PW into C:\Perfect World
2. I updated PW to the latest version.
3. I installed patch 1.37.1 into C:\Perfect World folder
It says zlibwapi.dll is missing and it clearly is right there. :S
After the first three steps didn't work

I made a new folder called LMSPW on my desktop and copied the entire PW folder into it.
I installed the patch into the same folder (LMSPW) after all the file has been copied over and it's still giving me the same error message. :S

Can anyone help me out please? Thank you

install the client again then patch it fully..

then install the lms patcher (be sure you install the lms patch directly to you're installed client)
it will ask you to overwrite, then yes to all.

else the same error will pop up.

I recommand reinstalling as well but dont forget to delete the perfect world folder in program files.
What might help is to do the Verify installation on your client. That will basicly check if everything is instaleld fine and did not go corrupt.

Thanks for the help, i got it to work.
But now i have a new problem...

I can't find any quests. The Gm told me to install patch 1.37.1, but I already did.
Got any idea how to fix it?

download patch 1.3.7.again, it was updated yesterday, quest problems fixed.
