When i go to start the game says :the element zlibwapi.dll doesnt exists.maybe the reinstallation corrects the problem any ideas?

i solved that problem but now i cant log in it says "Wrong name or password" oh man many problems plz can someone help me ?

this often happen when LMS is asleep
