LMS Perfect World

Okay, so I downloaded the LMS server patch and it was working fine, until it gave an "unexpected end of file" error and terminated. I re-downloaded it tonight and now it won't run at all. And oddly enough the size went from 12MB to 123MB and Before it opened in a nice installer type window and now it's just the black system "cmd" window and it's there for a second and then gone.

Any help is appreciated.
