Well I recently made some nice armor with a heap of sockets. But I am torn between 2 types of soulstones.
There is the grade 12 +20 constituation (hp and def boost) stone and the 150 hp soulstone also grade 12.

But honestly I don't know how much HP a WF gets from +20con so its hard to put those 2 types side by side and pick 1.
Does any one know how much HP a WereFox/Venomancer gets from gaining constituation/vitality???

I found the answer for my own question.
I noticed my gloves had +7 con so I finaly could calculate how much hp I get for +1 con.
It turns out +1 con = +12hp for my WereFox.

so my conclusion is:
If you want +HP go for the constituation stones because
A. you get +240HP insted of +150HP
B. Con gives more then just hp you will also have better P.def and M.def
C. This is the most important one you save 100 cubi!!! a +150hp stone is 200cubi in CS and the con stone is 100cubi each.
