can sumone help me..animation problem

ok i got everything installed and working properly last nite but the first time i ran the game through patch&run LMSPW100x or 1000x everything was like speed hacking but with delay on actions/talking and a few other thhings so i ran it from the patch&run LMSPW2x and the problem was fixed and it worked a second time like that also.. but today i have the speed issue again and nothing is fixing ..any ideas???
