How to solve: zlibwapi.dll error

For those who gets the zlibwapi.dll error.
I'd say go download the dll. That's what I did.
If you can't find it, I attached it to this post.
You have to have winrar to unrar it.
Goes into your: \Perfect World International\element - folder.
