can´t create char (x100)

hey ya ^^
im new here and got a little problem

i cannot create a char on the x100 server T.T
but i can create and login on the x2 server
when i try to create a char on the x100 server i get this message:


LINK - Error in server and network


did i anything wrong ? O.o
or is the server down ??
