can't login --account already login - help

this is my second week playing lms-pw today i tried login into my account after playing for several hours last night. it says: LINK repeated login account already login. what's haopening here? no one that i know is using my account. is there any way i can recover my account? i have a few characters in the 40's and i don't want to re-roll a new account from scratch again.
please let me know how i can change my password or kick-out whoever is currently login so i can get in?
