Problem with the server

Hey guys
I just wanted to ask if anyone knew Why I am experiencing this issue. when I try to play the game, it'll open like usual, starting with the black screen, but instead of going to the game loading screen, a windows XP error sound comes up, and it closes. There's no error notification or anything. So Yeah, I'm hoping someone could help me, thanks~

hmmm what client version are you using, if pwi u need to patch to 68, pw-my u need to patch to 20

I'm using PWI, I know this sounds newbie, but how do I patch it to 68? is there a auto patcher I could download?
EDIT: nvm, I'm downloading it now
EDIT 2: okay, I got the patch, but the game version I have is later than the patch, so It won't let me patch over it. What should I do?

oh okay.....Uhh, I'm having another issue. the x2 server is working, but whenever i try the x100 server, when I try to make a character it says "LINK - error in server and network"
What does that mean? Cause I really wanted to play the x100 one

Make sure you dont use capitals in your account id and password, also login could be down.

How long could the login stay down for?
