Into Holy Hall? Go to the Town of Arriving, and there is a quarry to the west. Drop down it and you will see a glowing portal in front of a mine enterance that looks like it caved in.
I don't know why, but for some reason it isn't marked on the map on this server. I know from personal experience that it was marked on the PWI maps, but I guess this one has never been updated, or something.

I said Hall of Holy Devil in Hell, i'm not dumb and I know how to enter in HH (which is Hall of Dusk)/ I got 3 quest in HoHD and location where it suppose to be not teleport inside

No its
purple quest to kill boss inside and another quest to collect 7 books from mobs inside it. The NPC right where suppose to be enterance gives this quest and Greedy Wolf Leader gives another. Its must be dungeon like Crest.Valley where u can do team/singl mode. Same with Frozen Realm(Laberinth lvl, 70 location) - lots of quests for it but 0 mobs inside that place - at least u can enter there...
