Y was only by Tomp ... and kill Monsters but y doesnt find anything from Jade.

Mission #1: Kill Tauren Slaver And Get HemoJade Grail
Monster Locale: East Of The Temple Of Orchid
Reward: Gold (2500), EXP (5000), SP (900), Celestial Stone Fragment

Which means u need to keep killing tauren slavers until u get the quest item
