Need help plz Cant log in

So I cant seem to log in and I have tried a few things suggested so now I wanted to post a SS see if that gives any ideas on why I cant get in I tried to create a new account with lowercase only bc I was told to do that and wasnt sure how long getting password changed could take im in process of redownloading it now see if that is of any use any other suggestions would be really helpful plz and thx

You simply need to send an email to LMS, then he will change the password for you and give you the new password.
