cant remember the past

hello all its been some time since my bf and I played on this server. i remembered my accounts and passwords, but my bf can not for the life on him remember his own, nor can he remember the e mail he used to sign up here.

what are his options to getting his accounts back?

Start new characters. You have to have the e-mail address. If you can't prove you own the e-mail address they can't change info.
Otherwise it makes it too easy for someone to steal characters.
