Problem with the new cultivation

Ok, so i created a new acc "beastkind,barbarian"...i was doing the culti...did the "Brimstone Pit fb" and killed all the necessary mobs ans i completed the quest ..the my fairy dissappeared i was kinda " 
" so i started by asking some people in LMS game world so...the i figured out that i wasnt the only one.... many people who wanted to do culti ...happened the same thing as for me...
So then i searched in my quest list ... maybe i forget something... then i had a cultivation quest called "Ruckus in Lothranis"-"The situation is getting complicated.Go to Lothranis and report the situation here to the Celestial Savant." so i seached for the "Celestial Savant" coordinates and found them on PW database...so i followed the coordinates and there was noth just some mobs + herb collecting spots noth more...
