First things first.
Im not sure whether the interval bonus given is a -.10 or a -1 but one thing is for sure
It doesnt fit.
See, if you have 3 custom intervals + a fist you get a 4 atk spd/sec and if your fist(like decadal god) has another -interval
then it becomes a 5atk spd/sec. (not That I have a problem with it. It is cool actually but thats not the point)
When using a bow, the atk spd drops to like 1.05/sec with the 3 interval bonuses to boot. Now what should it be?
if the bonus interval is really -.01 then the attack speed should be .67(plus the -.10 bonus) + -.10 x 3 + -.5 with a WS armor bonus + the wrist it should be about 1.12 per sec.
I think it should be fixed. the custom intervals seem add up wrong on bows. I donated because I wanted to shoot faster and well, It doesnt seem that way. comment anyone?

P.S.
Now dont go ranting about aspd being unfair
MGs EP,s WF,s are blessed with like as much as 8 items which have -6chant w/c could be used all at once not to mention the critical stuff. well, I think its just fair that the interval bonus should add up with the bow used or else, why put the interval bonus at all?

Attacks per second and seconds per attack are not the same.
0.67 attacks per second = 1.49 seconds per attack. (1/0.67)
1.49 seconds per attack - 0.1 sec p/att=1.39 sec p/att
1.39 sec p/att= 0.71 attacks per sec.

What this ends up creating is a system of interval done in stages.
Weapons start with their base attack rate (bows have the lowest base attack rate, fist/claw have the highest). Here are the steps:

6----------0.5--------1--------------1 (spear, longblad, shaft, bannerstaff)
7----------0.6-------0.9-------------1.11 (sword/blade)
8----------0.7-------0.8-------------1.25 (magic sword,wand,quoit,dagger)
9----------0.8-------0.7-------------1.43 (most fists start)
10---------0.9-------0.6-------------1.67
11---------1---------0.5-------------2
12---------1.1-------0.4-------------2.5
13---------1.2-------0.3-------------3.33

basically each 0.1 to interval bumps the attack rate up 1 step. So with fists you need to go up 5 steps (-0.5 int) , to get 5.0 interval, with bow you would need to go up 13 steps (-1.3 int).
Since you can only get 0.2 int (2 steps) max with ashura/lionrex combo, and 0.3 (3 steps) with customs (0.4 counting custom weapon), that's a total of 5 steps from full custom armor, 6 if you custom your weapon.
That means on this server the fastest full custom bow is Bow of Nimrod (comes with extra 0.1 for a total of 7 steps), at 1.25 APS (or 0.8 second per attack).
