Can't you read?
The voting site says votes won't be converted untill you accumulate 16 voting points. After that - you have to wait 2-4 DAYS for convertion. Votes are converted manually.

Keep voting don't stop at just the 16. When converted if you have 20-30 whatever votes it all gets converted at the same time not just the 16. Also remember you can vote every 6 hours so that 16 points a day that is possible.
