cant create game account

Hi, I was trying to create a game account on both servers but it just says "Your not allowed to register any more accounts!" but this is my first time playing pw lms. I tried to use different account names and email but still im just getting the same prompt.

I quess someone else registered twice using same IP adress or same computer. Try contacting LMS (lmsperfectworld@gmail.com) or use another computer for registration (though you should contact LMS anyway if you do so just in case multiclient suspicion).
