Mouse config help

I am haveing a problem with my mouse configuration.
I have set point 4.8 for a logitech laser 620 mouse.
I try to set setpoint for button 4 for keystroke: w
and mouse button 5 for keystroke: 4
So in the game I can run forward with my mouse button.
It has allways worked for me befor untill this new patch.
I have allready un-installed and re-installed both mouse and LMSpw a few times and no Luck.
I have even added the pw client, patcher, and Launcher to my list of programs even know it is set for everything.
If anyone can help me I would greatly appriciate this. I have become so independant on useing my mouse for walking and picking up items
