I need 200% exp to level, since the very beginning

I thought this was in the game and the same for everyone but i guess not. Did 2 times level 1-91 proof below.
How can this be fixed%?

Ok have you tried killing any more monsters some ppl do have same problem but they continue killing and will eventually lvl if not contact LMS via pm on forum
