bug or feature safemode/pk/skill

I am new to lms-pw. here are a few issues iḿ having. please help me if you could especially #3 below

1. elf priest first starter quest can not be turn-in after killing the ten initial bugs or flowers at the starting location i run to turn-in the quest but it says level too high and will not allow me the xp/sp/coin that i suppose to get from the quest.

2. elf priest skill. once i hit level 7 i go to the priest trainer, i click on the skill, it popup a little windows say do you want to to learn skill yyyy. does not matter if i click yes or no button it did not allow me to learn it. note, cultivation,sp, and coins are not the issue here. however if i logout and log back in i can learn that skill.

3. safe mode/pk mode issue. i level quickly to level 41 then i decide to do some cultivation quest so can learn those skill that require higher cultivation level. i went to orchid temple. while i was killing those skeletons. i was pked by another player(cleric level 51 or higher from reading his/her gears). i was stumped and mad some how. i respawn in adc. the pker also tele ported there as well. i ask him/her why pk me. no answer from it. i look at the littlecircle above the minimap and itś blue. if i hover the mouse over the little blue circle it say you are in pk mode click to swithch to safe mode. but once i click on it, alittle popup say do you want to switch to pk mode, once you switch to pk mode you will have to be in that mode for at least 10hours, it gives the options yes or no. i said what the heck is this another pk bug?. i then logout and create a new character. at the first login that little circle is also blue, a mouse hover on it also say iḿ in pk mode, click to switch to safemode. clicking on it i get a popup to say need to be level 30 to be able to switch to pk mode. this issue is very anoying, i like pvp but only in tw or when both sides agreed to it. getting pked at quest and level grinding area by higher player is no fun. it stump me so bad i removed lms client off my system (format clean an re-installed-reload drive image). until this safemode/pk mode is solved i will keep lmspw off my pc.

i like lms-pw very much on the 1st few hours on the xp/sp/coin rate. ez to try any class in just a few hours of grinding instead of months. if the pk issue can be resolved i think lms-pw has a great potential, until then itś just an area for high players or even rougue GMs to pk newbies. not too fun.

all in all i hope #3 will be resolve soon. i copied the pker name if any interested kakashka

First and foremost, i can see that you're new to the perfect world game.

Issue #1 : Quests do have a level-cap it is already in legit servers
Issue #2 : Prolly a bug or due to connection problems
Issue #3 : Once you hit level 30, you are vulnerable to PKs even when you're not in PK Mode. Which means once you reach 30 and your name turns white, players can pk you.

Afterall, the bug of Issue #2 isn't a really important one that you've to post here.
Issues #1&3 are features.

Hence, you've just wasted your time by removing the whole LMS Client off your system.
