I recently installed LMS Perfect World approximately a week ago. I've spent hours on my EP (Name is Tianna) character trying to level it as fast as possible. Today, I tried to attempt to do my cultivation quests starting at level 86 (already know it should make no difference when you start your cultivation quests because no one else is having problems). However, none of the quests show up under "Q" in the missions menu. I have two screen shots, each on a separate account even.
While I switched accounts, we were able to progress my cultivation through the quests because it seemed to work for my significant other. When I returned to my own account, there were still no quests showing in the mission menu (0/20)...and yet the cultivation showed as if I'd been doing them.
I've tried re-arranging and adding files, restarting my computer, logging in and logging out - nothing makes a difference. Not sure what the problem is...
I'm not sure if this is indeed an internal problem, or a glitch in the system. I figured if it was a glitch in the system or server, it wouldn't have worked for either of us at -all-. I hope to hear back on this soon.

Re: Quest Problems
Are you aware of the fact that culti quests do not magically pop up in your quest log until you actually start the entire chain of the culti quest by talking to the NPC?
If you already started the culti and at some point it stopped showing in your quest log it means you reached the point in the culti where you are requested to kill your character to advance.
I gave both solutions because a) you never mentioned to actually start the culti quest and it sounded like you expected the quest to just poof into your quest log b) there is a glitch in the quest where the pop up window requesting you to die does not show.

No. No. No, and no. Did I say no? I'll say no again. "No." - First off, we are aware that the cultivation quests do not 'magically' pop up in the quest log until one starts the chain of quests. Next, I'd like to remind you that this individual did not start the quests nor was able to receive them. Also, the glitch was indeed within the system, but not to your plan B solution, it was required to uninstall the program and therefore caused the quests to then show up due to the fact that the files within the registry were showing as unavailable to that particular player within the files. These files didn't load properly, but now its fixed since the entire C:// program files folder was refreshed. This was not a player miscalculation, but its fixed now. Thank you for your concern.Ehnvy wrote:Are you aware of the fact that culti quests do not magically pop up in your quest log until you actually start the entire chain of the culti quest by talking to the NPC?
