It seems that this ip 195.16.76.137 that has been used by this server is currently blocked by Streamyx. I dont know why but you can try to register for account at this url 195.16.76.137:82/register/. If you can register thats mean there should be no problem for you to play else if you cant then just forget about it.

Yo can play using proxy but thats means you will be lag and will cause the server lag too.
