I'm sorry if this question's already been answered but where do you find OHT (I'm not sure what they're called on PW-MY but on PWI it stands for Old Heaven's Tear) mats? I've checked the all of the forge things\shops in West District (or I think I have) and no luck =/.

They're not selling in any NPC, you can only farm for some of them.
