A small question about multi-clienting

Hi there,
I'm still new to PW and am downloading patch to LMS right now so had a few questions:
1.How many accounts are allowed?
2.How can I multi-client?
3.I know multi-clienting is only allowed in safe zones. So can I leave my priest in the city and come back every hour for buffs with my main, or do I have to close the 2nd client every time my main moves out of the safe zone?
Please help!

1. You can have more than 1 account, but not too many.
2. You'll need a multi client program to do so.
3. You can have your priest stay in the town for buffs without closing the client, as long as it's not both outside safe zone.
