Fortune Sack

Well... I'm new around this server and already I need help. ^^;
I finally figured out how to get Cubi-gold in this server and now when I go to buy the Paladin costume it tells me Fortune Sack has no such item...
Is there something I need to do? Is this a bug? Any help would be hot...
