Level 4 Wings

Hello,
may u can add lvl 4 Wings at 420 chroma? It should be an easy change in the gfx.pck. The lvl 4 Wings are in the game database since years. Just reteal server didnt used em for a long time. Pservers always had em.
would be nice to add that.
