LMS Perfect World

So when I try to launch the game from patcher.exe the patcher is launched and looks for any updates and does the usual stuff and works fine.
But when it comes to launch the game this error bugs happens (the one in the screenshot) and idk why thats happening...
I have re-downloaded the client 2 times already and its the same error, please help!

Game automaticaly makes a shortcut on desktop start the game from there and it should work just fine.
Before u login also make sure you have the latest version of directx installed since u might have rendering problems without it I see alot of ppl having this issue.
