Is this the kind of server that donators rule or is there an option to get donator items with a little work
That's a good question. All equipments are available in game with some hard work and teamwork.
That said, there are a few options available to donors to buff these gears by adding a few extra stats or getting the maximum number of slots. One may even skip the hard work part and donate for the gears. They're nice and they're better but they aren't overpowered in such a way to imbalance things.
