Do Level 79 Skills Work Yet?

Hi there! I'm just wondering if the Level 79 Skills work yet. I see that you can craft them from Skytone Ancient Vessel Sura, like Musth Power. It needs 20 Incomplete Sky Chapters and 10 Custom Made Ink.

I think those Incomplete Sky Chapters drop from FB89, 99, and 109. What about the Custom Made Ink? If ever we get all the materials required, will the skill actually work?

never dropped chapters in 99 or 109. only in 89. You can by Ink at forges in Thousand Streams, near teleporters. I made a book long ago (to try ) "Cant learn this skill" master says
