200x server registration not available?

I want to play the pve server but when I try to register on the 200x one is says not available. Does this mean it's down? I prefer that one to the pvp bcs I don't like to pvp. plz help.

Yes the 200x server is not available anymore. Instead we have changed it to Descent it is a PvE/PvP(option) server that has all races/classes.
