Name changes are a free service when you donate. If you donate for anything (cubi, socket expansion, exp, or customs) include your name change request with it.
Please know that the old name still shows up sometimes in places like guild lists etc and can make it hard for others to pm you afterward. (right click name, hit whisper, get message "not on line" becuase your name is different)
