Is it possible to get instant cast threw donating for custom weap/armor?

you can donate for armor or weapon upgrades for channeling speed which is perminent though it wont get you instant but it will speed you up a fair bit assuming you get 4 customs with this stat added (3 armor , 1 weapon ) Customed total cost $140
