Name color

What do the different colors of the names mean? I got PK's and my name turned purple, I saw another party member who's name turned PINK. What the heck does it mean?

red or pink name name means that a player killed white named ppl
purple is just agro mode (attacking a player or hitting NPC)

White name means over 30th level and fair game for PK - right?
