The uncompression error

Every time I attempt to start up LMSPW, I get an error message about a second after clicking "start" in the start-up screen. I have uninstalled and re-installed LMS twice now and am still getting the error. Help please?

Did you download full LMS client from there http://lmspw.com/guide.php or patched another version of PW? If so - which one? (the newest PWI won't work)
Also - what exactly is the error? Can you put screenshot?
