Bow is only .67

I've noticed that before, glitched G17 Nirvana Bows had an attack speed of 0.71. However, due to the nerf, they are only 0.67 WITH the interval bonus while newer or non-glitched bows are .69.
^^As you can see, my attack speed with a G17 Nirvana Bow is only .67 without any other bonuses other than the bow itself, which does not work.
^^ As you can also see from this, my attack speed did not change and my Warsoul Bow also provides the stated .67 attack speed. This can clearly not add up as a -0.05 bonus would put a bow at an attack speed of 0.69, what the G17 Nirvana Bow should provide. However, my attack speed is only .67 with a G17 Nirvana Bow, proving that the speed on the bow is clearly glitched.
I was wondering if I could have somebody (a GM or Admin) change my G17 Nirvana Bow to the correct attack speed. Thank You.
