Permanent Ban
Ok so this is going to lms because i think he is the only one who can solve this, i think I speak for many when I say that these people deserve a permanent ban on this type of irresponsible and rude language, explanations are unnecessary because in the pictures looks absolutely everything ... and i really hope that gm staff do something for not having to see this kind of behavior again.

These people have already been banned. we're now checking their IP's to see where they are from. If it's just them an IP ban will probably be given to them.

My only concern is the people playing in cybercafes, if you ban the IP, many players wont be able to log, and we will have less players to PK.

The rules are clear when it comes to this. But like i said, if it was just them at that IP an IP ban would be a probability, we do not ban a whole cyber cafe because of a few little kids. And a blacklist is nice, but this is a game where childeren play as well. vulgar language does not belong in world chat. we have to keep the sake of all players in mind. therefor a respectfull community without vulgar langauge, racism or insults is something we all should live up to.
