Error DirectX

hi guys, look at this error: (The only thing I can read is: DirectX)

I press ok and another error appears:

I've reinstalled the game and the same thing happened. If anyone can help me, I thank you (:

I would suggest you downloading and installing directx 11. http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download ... x?id=17431
and if that doesn't fix the problem, then install this http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download ... x?id=17851. if you still have some problems after you've done these, please tell us.

I know I had that problem before and it had something to do with language packs. Find and download chinese language packs for your computer. See if that works. There is standard chinese and chinese simple.
