Unable to connect. No response from server

im trying to log-in my account, but connecting time always reaches 20 sec.. and i cant connect i checked the server list... and i dont see any connection speed, any solution for this one?

wait a little longer, sometimes i wait for over 20 seconds to login.

Sometimes our host (NOT server) get problems with connections so that's why. When the server is back up again it can take various time before you can re-connect. Just wait patiently.
