just wait a little bit ... the GMs are busy, there were the public holiday over Christmas and to be honest, if someone would write me such kind of things as you did I wouldnt reply anyway ... so please do yourself a favor and pay attention to your written language

umm i think what he/she meant was he needed an explanation of why he/she got banned for multiclienting when he/she assumed he/she didn't use multiclient program. i think he/she meant that, i dun really get it too though lol.
