I am unable to purchase any skills with the exception of upgrading the starter skills. I have the right culti level, spirit and coin, but get an error every time I try to purchase one. I have tried on a couple of different computers and still have the issue. Any ideas?

Played both the 100x and the 1000x server and the only skills I have been able to get are the upgrades for the starter skills.
