This is happening so often lately. I was getting the same problem...for about 5 mins. I simply checked the places the hotfix/animations folders were unzipped to. I discovered the hotfix unzips to a directory in my pw directory, not into the main pw folder. Find where it is supposed to go and move it...

Maybe you unzipped the animations or hotfix to the wrong folder? Find any folders you have unzipped and make sure they are in the right place in your pw folder.

GM's, I was playing around in the 1000x server and thought I would do my noob cultivations for fun. I unwittingly reset my cultivation level after I did the first Transform cultivation quest. Now I cannot store fury vigor or use the fury burst skills. Any chance of helping me out here? I promise not...
