Doesn't sound like it was correctly installed.
Or: if you run win 7 or vista, run as admin.
Did it ever start? Does it happen everytime?
If you start from the bat-file, does it do the same thing?

The recent bans and reports about hacking in TW have been resolved.
All the people who were involved were investigated thoroughly.
The ones responsible for breaking our rules were banned.
GMs will not discuss these cases in game.
