Can some1 plz make a quick guide? What gear to focus at 1st,where to farm for lvl 100-110,etc.Basicly all the newbie stuff

ok tt90 is cool but,why not tt99 for new chars? i mean eaven with +12 the dmg output is REALLY small :/
