A banner, background and buttons you mean. It's a good idea, I would've entered the competition too, but thought I might give others a chance to participate.
Judging by the 'humongous' amount of replies, though, that's not the case, no one seems interested.

I wasn't talking about a full change of the site. Only the banner, and maybe the buttons and/or that black background.

The site definitely needs a new banner, a background (don't get me wrong, black is nice, but it has to be appealing to future members of the community) and perhaps some new buttons. You (staff member/game administrator) give us (contestants) the details: - banner size - background size - button size...
